Bored in the house and we in the house bored. Due to everything going on in the world, people are stuck inside trying to find something to do. People are binge-watching shows more than ever, logging on social media every minute, or just creating Tik-Tok accounts. However, for some there has been an instant urge to be creative. It may feel overwhelming for people and that’s understandable. This is a time for everyone to relax. Wellness is important in every sense.
For all the creatives that want to work on their ideas but don’t have the energy to start, we have some tips for you.
Stay Hydrated
This is a no-brainer for a lot of people. According to health professionals, it is important to drink 64 ounces of water a day.
Make an Ideal Day List
You don’t have to change more than one thing at once, it can be a series of tiny changes each day. Consistent, small bits of work add up to big wins.
Do Some Dedicated Emotional Releasing
Laugh, cry, yell, or anything that helps you release your emotions. Our sensitivity is our strength, but it can cause problems if we don’t honor it by staying on top of our emotions.
